The new mixed commercial/industrial logistics platform is located in the former Babcock Wilcox.

Its location is excellent for the logistics sector. The Ballonti corridor, the A-8 motorway, the Supersur, together with the proximity to the Superport and the future Lamiako subfluvial connection that will connect both sides of Greater Bilbao, provide the area with an enviable road network.

This large logistics platform, which has over 40,000m² of buildable area, contemplates two differentiated warehouses that share a common circulation area.

·      The first warehouse, oriented to the operation type cross docking 9,500m², a depth of 45m, trailer beaches of 32m and a high number of docks at opposite fronts.

·      The second warehouse is focused on traditional logistics operators, almost 31,000m², with a front dedicated to trailers prepared to accommodate storage activities up to Medium Risk 5.

In both cases the offices and the auxiliary spaces of the logistics activity itself are located in volumes attached to the main front of the warehouses.
