The new logistics platform is located on the largest plot of land, almost 60,000 m², and houses two large traditional logistics buildings, reaching a joint buildable area of 38,000 m2.

 

Both warehouses will be able to accommodate activities up to Medium Risk 5 and free heights of over 10m, and will have a common front of up to 40 trailer docks that would make up one of the most complete and ambitious logistics platforms in Bizkaia's industrial scenario.
